Winning an Item
As soon as your bid is successful and you win a product, you will receive an e-mail confirming this. This email will also contain the details of your order and will confirm payment required.
By bidding you are agreeing to purchase a product if your bid is successful. If you are the successful bidder, Paypal will confirm to Goldenbids as soon as payment has been made by you. Once this has been received Goldenbids will organise delivery of the item. Goldenbids reserve the right to refuse your offer to purchase a product. In this case Goldenbids will immediately send you a refund via PayPal and credit your account for all bids used by you on that auction.
Paying for you purchase
If you are the highest bidder on any item, you can pay for that item via Paypal. Simply click on the "Pay Now" button on the item description page and follow the procedure to pay for the item via Paypal. Paypal will allow you to use your credit or debit card. When you pay for an item, any credits you have will be offset against the balance due.
Payments for items won are to be made within 7 days of the auction end date. If you are unable to make payment within this timescale, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery
Delivery will be direct to your door from a major blue chip company generally within 14 days. In most cases delivery will be sooner, however, on occasions delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If this is the case, Goldenbids will advise you of any delay in advance. If you do not receive your product within 14 days, please email info@goldenbids.co.uk and we will investigate the matter.
