Credit System Explanation
What is the purpose of the Credit Scheme?
Users who bid on a product and are not successful will be allocated credits to the value of their unsuccessful bids. The successful bidder who wins the product will not be eligible to earn credits for the bids placed for the winning item.
How do I know what my credit balance is?
You need to click on the “My Account” section then click on “My Credits”.
How can credits be used?
Credits can be used for any successful auctions providing the purchase is made within 45 days of the auction closing. You can only use credits to pay for an auction you win. You cannot use your credits against the purchase of further Bid Packages.

Credits expire after 45 days from the date of the auction you bid on.
